We love getting involved with interesting projects. Studio Make Believe asked us to help them in making a framed monochrome image which stood out from the background. We were happy to take on the design challenge!
As part of the opening of the new Nike skateboard shop in London, we were asked to laser cut this sign that formed part of a counter top – with a lightbox beneath it.
Ralph & Russo are a Haute Couture Fashion House making highly luxurious dresses, gowns and shoes. Their Collections are seen on the International Catworks and often feature in fashion magazine such as Vogue Magazine.
The artist Ali Forbes creates stunning jewellery, accessories and also amazing set designs. We worked with Ali to laser cut some of the beautiful leather pieces for her collection.

We recently worked with one of London’s most influential graffiti artists at Graffiti Life to cut the stencils for a Sony Pictures ‘Chappie’ movie launch event. They wanted to do something BIG to mark the release of the film, and certainly achieved that – they ended up breaking the record for Europe’s largest piece of shareable art!
A massive 60 by 10 foot wall was assembled – 600 square canvases ready to be painted in East London. Graffiti Life designed a mural using exciting imagery from the film, 250 stencil sections were made which together made up the Chappie character along with fantastic urban art.
At Laserbean we worked to tight deadlines and delivered exactly what was needed to create the amazing artwork, and enjoyed every minute of it. Especially seeing the fantastic end result!

As can be seen here, we can both cut and engrave on a large variety of types and colours of leather. Laser engraving on leather can give some wonderful effects and can be a good alternative to embossing. Laser cutting leather has become a popular technique within the fashion industry, to create some very interesting clothes and accessories.

We were commissioned to make a traditional style wall hanging for a wedding gift from a loving husband to his Japanese wife. A project from brief to product, using traditional woodworking and finishing methods with the laser cutter and computer drawings.
The fantastic London based designer Freya Faulkner ran a creative workshop at the UCL Petrie Museum, creating Egyptian amulets with the public in order to appease the Sun God Ra!
